Eco Pax Mundi Agoreans

'The miracle is not that we do this work, but that we are happy to do it.'
--Mother Teresa

Eco Pax Mundi Agora is made up of a number of people from all walks of life, ethnic and religious backgrounds. Together we are the Eco Pax Mundi Agoreans. To different extents and in different capacities we contribute to the planetary post-ecocidal turn to which the organisation is committed.

On the one hand, there are the co-stewards who anonymously, so to speak, develop the agoras, regenerate the Earth and revive the local economies. You can read about their role in the organisation by clicking here

On the other hand, there are the scholars, the independent intellectuals and the hands-on ecowarriors who, through their example and hard work, have helped to shape the vision and fundamentals of the organisation. They like to show their support to this entity by telling us that Eco Pax Mundi Agora honours to some extent their own contribution to the world. These are the individuals and entities endorsing the organisation.

Eco Pax Mundi Agora further wishes to acknowledge the dedicated effort exhibited by collective entities and individuals alike that strive to take the planet towards post-ecocidal ground. Eco Pax Mundi Agora can only learn from their intellectual and practical contributions towards a better world. These are the entities and individuals that the organisation therefore follows.

Finally, a core group of dedicated individuals coordinate the organisation and make it work. We are those directly and delightfully engaged with Eco Pax Mundi Agora. This core group is made up of the founding member and international coordinator who gives constant shape to the organisation and thinks through how to both raise its profile and secure funds. There are also numerous bioregional coordinators who oversee work at the bioregional steering agoras and report to the international coordinator whilst simultaneously functioning as ambassadors of the organisation. Moreover, in each of the bioregional steering agoras there are three regenerative organic farmers, a permacultist along with an administrative assistant.

In a context where Eco Pax Mundi Agora instills diligence into its agoreans and requests from them a heartfelt avowal to its post-ecocidal commitment, each of us engages in the organisation according to our capacity. There are no higher-ups commanding underlings. As agorean peers we are equals and, accordingly, when there shall be funds, we all shall be equally paid.
